Quick Snapdragon 800 CPU
Antutu score 34164
32 GB internal memory (25GB available)
Super think bezel and big screen
Nice camera for a phone, night mode works much better than Note 3 which has not night mode.
Video is sharp
1080p 60 FPS video.
Video zoom is not bad.
Most included software can easily be uninstalled but most if if is actually pretty useful so you might not want to uninstall
Good UI and software
Excellent battery life
Screen is excelent when its at 50% to 100% bright.
Screen can be dimmed lower then OLED which hurts my eyes at night even at 0%.
Tap to wake up, and button on the back. It takes a about a week to get used to the button but once you do you can't go back.
I like the included software much better then the Note 3 so far.
Lots of how to when you first start each app for the first time.
Miracast works on Android mini PCs (AMPs) which it doesn't on the Note 3 because Samsung has got a proprietary format now. DNLA works to AMPs which it doesn't on the Note 3 agian.
No micro SD card slot
No removable battery but to me this is no big deal. Just get one of those USB rechargeable batteries and its cheaper than a second battery anyway. iphones have been doing this for years and its not a problem.
Camera is still not very stabilized for video. Im very into high quality video so maybe Im picky
Camera tries to focus while shooting video occasionally. There might be a way to lock the focus down. I know there is in the photo mode.
Screen is excellent but when turned sideways and your are wearing polarized sunglasses it looks black.
LCD is very good but still isn't as good as OLED
Flash is good but not as good as iphone 5s
I'm torn between the G2 and Note 3. I like both. I miss that back button a lot and the tap to unlock even more. The OLED screen is really nice to have and SD card slot maybe give the Note 3 a slight edge still the note is a bit heavy and big for me and it costs quite a bit more.
