Everyone is looking to get that bubble-butt. After my classes in Toronto i get a lot of questions asking how to tone, lift, or perk up their butts... and this is my go-to exercise. It takes 5 minutes, you can do it anywhere, doesn’t require much space, and its great to include or rotate with a squat exercise daily.

If you’re new to this start with no weights and as you get stronger add 5 pounds to work your way up from. If you’re up for the challenge do 2 sets to feel that burn even more.

Now go ladies, go and work that booty. ;)
