This is a comparison of flight time between a Low Discharge battery and a High Discharge battery of similar size and weight. HobbyKing.com has the batteries I bought. The ones tested here are:

MultiStar 570kv 22 turn motors
13x55 Carbon Fiber Props
Afro 30A ESC flashed with BLHeli
APM 2.6 Flight Board with GPS

This was a straight hover test. The weather was hot, approaching 100 degrees, and quite breezy. A very unscientific test, but, a good example of getting better flight time from low discharge lipos with multi-rotors.
