This is the routine used in every class at my judo dojo in Busan, South Korea. As you travel to different dojos in Korea, you will find that the routines are similar. The warm-up part, at least.

I found that if I commit to just showing up to class 3 times a week, this workout, along with some light randori, gets me into really great shape.

There is also weight training equipment (albeit a bit old), that I can get a full body resistance workout no problem.

There is other equipment for body weight training as well. For example, a weighted ab wheel, chin-up bar, punching bag, a rope for climbing, and mini-ropes for ultimate grip-building strength.
