In this tutorial, I will show you how to make a lampshade/lantern for your hanging light. This lamp shade/lantern is made from the thick card paper. You will need to prepare the paper strips first by cutting from the A3 card. This will give you the immediate length of 42 cm. Also remember to prepare a square card for hanging the lamp. Here I used the black card. You may desire to choose the color that suits your decor.

This lamp/lantern is quite easy to make as long as you have the right measurements. All the instructions are included in the video. This diy lamp shade is highly recommended to be used for a pendant light, particularly the one hanging down from the ceiling.
