This is the LG pa75u LED projector throwing almost 400lumens on a 98" screen painted using a $25 mix of Flat "Grey Tabby" and Metallic "untinted".
Daylight and a lamp are shown..the lamp is at an angle that would cause glare on a TV screen and it will hurt a projection screen in a similar way.
The mix was a 30oz (untinted quart can) of Disney/Glidden metallic and 14oz of flat interior latex tinted "Grey Tabby"..both purchased at walmart hardware section for $15 and $10 respectively.
It was rolled (like in the video linked below) over a smooth, grey section of wall using a cheap 1/4"nap 9inch roller..nothing fancy.

This is the short thread about the build: http://www.avsforum.com/forum/110-diy...
There's a thorough description of how to mix and paint in the first post here: http://www.avsforum.com/forum/110-diy...
And a video of the actual painting process as it is described here: http://www.getlinkyoutube.com/watch?v=Qdk5D...
