1. Start by rocking the hips back and forth squeezing the kegal muscle
2. Now rotate your hips in a circular motion with the same squeezing of the kegal
3. Gently touch your body using your fingers with feather light touch
4. Use the same feather light touch on the inner and outer sides of your legs
