This tutorial explains how to fix the annoying nVidia driver crash with Event ID 4101.
Exact message is
"Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

Hope this helps you people who are cursing nVidia to hell right about now, because you can't seem to find a fix for your GPU. Either way, i think i'll send this GTX 680 back. it should be running fine on factory clocks (Gainward clocks), even tho 1150mhz is quite high clock speed for GTX680.

Gainward Clocks:
Base clock: 1084.5mhz (base clock for card)
Boost clock: 1150mhz (Normal base boost clock)
Boost limit: 1285mhz (it goes up to that point if card is cool and low voltaged)

nVidia stock 680 Clocks:
Base clock: 1006mhz
Boost clock: 1058mhz
Boost limit: 1202mhz

Asus DirectCUII Clocks:
Base clock: 1137mhz
Boost clock: 1201.5mhz
Boost limit: 1346mhz
