Recipes (serves 4-5 people) For the Keema - Refined oil 100ml
Green chilly 2no, Onion 60gm/2large no, Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon, Ginger paste 1tablespoon/15gm, Garlic paste 1tablespoon/15 gm, Salt 1 teaspoon/5gm, Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon/2gm, Red chilly powder 1teaspoon/5gm, Dhania powder 1.5teaspoon/7gm, Tomato 80gm/2medium no, Yoghurt 7 teaspoo/ 100 ml, Mutton mince 800gm, Baby methi leaf 1 handful/60gm
For the Khichadi - Refined oil 80ml, Onion 1 small no/40 gm,Green cardamom 2no, Cloves 4no, Ginger paste 1tablespoon/15gm, Garlic paste 1tablespoon/15gm, Haldi 1/2 teaspoon/2 gm, Coriander leaf 4 sprig, Rice 1 large cup/300gm, Masoor dal 1 large cup/300gm, Water 600ml, Salt 10gm/2teaspoon, Desi ghee 2tablespoon/30ml
For the Khatta - Green chilly 1 no, Coriander leaves 2sprigs, Sliced onion 1 large no/60gm, Tamarind water 1 cup/250 ml-made from a medium sized ball/50gm of tamarind, Refined oil 3 tablespoon/ 75ml, Jeera 1teaspoon/5 gm, Garlic clove 5 no, Red chilly (whole) 3no, Curry leaf 6nos
For the Omelette - Eggs 8no, Onion 2 large onions/120gm, Coriander leaf 4 sprigs
