Add a barometer to your CC3D for altitude hold; this video is a how-to for accomplishing that. Specifically the BMP180 barometer will be added to the CC3D (note, this is not a REVO or an ATOM... rather a standard cheap CC3D.) This video does not show how to adjust CleanFlight PID settings, nor does it cover things like how to arm the flight controller (just ensure your throttle can go below 1100). All of that can be easily found on the internet. I did however find that documentation was a bit spread out on how to add a barometer... so this video summarizes the process.

I only got this to work with the BMP180. I did not have similar success with the BMP280 or the MS5611 (or GY-63).

This website appears to be down now. However, you can pause my video and see the wiring diagram.

CleanFlight Flash:
I think this video was filmed on CleanFlight version 1.8 or so. I've recently upgraded to the latest version which you can flash through OpenPilot (1.10) and it also works.

NOTE: I'm not responsible if you kill your CC3D with this process... it worked just fine for me!
