Mathi is popular Indian sytle tea time Crisp and savory deep fried Indian crackers, made with flour and spices

All-purpose flour 1 Cup
Salt 1 Pinch
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Ajwain seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Coriander seeds, crushed 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli flakes 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Ghee 1-2 Teaspoons
Water 1/2 Cup

Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, pinch of salt, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, crushed coriander seeds, chilli flakes, pepper powder and ghee.
2. Combine all the ingredients and knead to make stiff dough adding enough water.
3. Take a portion of the dough and roll into a big chapatti. With help of the biscuit cutter, cut into round shape and keep aside.
4. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree C for 3 minutes.
5. Remove the basket and arrange the biscuits and air fry at 180 degree C for 4 minutes.
6. Open the basket, turn the mathris and again air fry for another 4 minutes.
7. Remove, allow cooling and serving.
