Featured Exercises:
Multi Grip Bar Curls - Power movement for strength and size.
Spider Cable Curls - Isolation movement for peak contraction. On the concentric movement, squeeze and pause at the top.
Lever Bar Curl - Isolation movement. Great for maintaining tension on the bicep by generating torque through the entire range. This assists for stronger contractions. The Lever Arm is the perpendicular distance from the axis of rotation (your elbow) to the line of action of force. The shorter the latter distance, the less torque, which means less tension at the top of the range when you try contracting.
NOTES: keep your elbow stable, extend out & flex the tricep to stretch the bicep, supinate, and squeeze. The Lever Arm Bar, exceptionally made by Watson Equipment.
