Hey guys. One week till the Fall anime season officially starts. The hype is real lol.
Anyway, today I covered the Gakusen Toshi Asterisk ED. Now something you guys don't know, is that long before I got into anime music, I fell in love with Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts music. These soundtracks were actually the reason I started playing piano many years ago.

When I first heard this song, I have to say that it brought back the special memories of the Final Fantasy music that I loved so much. I couldn't help but get goosebumps from listening to it for the first time. I later found out that Maaya Sakamoto was the one who sang this (She played voice actress of Lightning from FF13.)

As far as this arrangement goes, I decided not to put any arpeggios, scales, or any other unnecessary technique. I feel that if I were to add in a bunch of technique it would ruin this beautiful song. I hope I did justice to this amazing track.

Please enjoy : )

Piano Sample: Fazioli
