Carburator modification for easier engine-start on LPG

The carburator originally had a mixer on the top, LPG was fed into the engine from this mixer, but in cold weather the engine refused to start directly on LPG (only gasoline).

So a 6mm hole was drilled into the carburetor, below the choke valve and LPG entered the carb through this copper 6mm/4mm pipe.

The engine worked with this small 4mm inner diameter fuel pipe, only if the choke valve was half-way closed.

The copper pipe was changed to a 8mm/6mm plastic tube... the choke valve still needs to be pulled a little bit... otherwise the air-fuel ratio is too lean when the acceleration valve opens.
