Skin Care for Oily Skin
The great advantage of oily skin is that it ages at a slower rate than other skin types.
Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of warm water and PH, non alcoholic, non perfumed cleanser to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. They can cause a reaction known as reactive seborrhoea, where the oil glands work overtime to compensate for the loss of natural oils.

Avoid skincare products that leave your skin feeling taut and dehydrated. They cause the upper layers of the skin to shrink. This restricts oil flow through the pores leading to blockages and breakouts.

Keep your skin very clean but limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil. (it's also worth noting to clean makeup sponges daily with oily skin this will make a huge difference to pimple control).

Use warm water when washing your face. Warm water dissolves skin oil better than lukewarm or cold water.

After cleansing, apply Jojoba oil and nothing else. Here's why:
Jojoba is good for oily skin. Especially for Acne and Blemish prone skin. Reason: the oil has the similarity of the sebum that the skin generates (and oily skin generates more amount of this sebum) Jojoba oil tricks the skin into NOT producing more sebum and as a result positively controls/balances the oil production.
Jojoba oil also helps heals the acne and slowly clears the blemishes providing the miniaturization and hydration the skin needs.
Jojoba oil is to be used continually for several weeks and months before you start noticing the difference. Perseverance is the name of the game friends.
Most important point to remember: Do not overuse Jojoba oil. Just 2 to 4 drops depending on the dryness of the skin is all that is needed. Use it morning and night (if you wear makeup then apply a little less, leave it to soak in and then blott away any excess with tissue paper)
Word of warning: Jojoba oil is only ever good for you skin if it is: cold pressed and organic.

Diet for Oily Skin
Take a diet rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.

Take plenty of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruits.

Even a slight deficiency in vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. Nutritional yeast, wheat germ and organ meats provide both vitamin B5 and vitamin B2. Other good sources of vitamin B2 are whole grains, beans, nuts, and royal jelly. Buckwheat, black beans and whole rice are excellent to supply the body with iron and rejuvenate pate skin.

Drink plenty of quality water to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins.

A final note:
Whilst your waiting for your Jojoba oil to start doing it's work over the next couple of months here's a quick fix you can do today:
Before you set about applying your makeup, grab a bottle of Milk of Magnesia - original, unflavored version (there's plenty on EBay) with a clean cosmetic sponge (wash it with a little shower gel daily to avoid spreading bacteria which will give you pimples) apply 2 layers of the Milk of Magnesia. Allow it to dry - your skin will look chalky but fear not because with another clean cosmetic sponge wipe away the chalkiness. Now go about applying your makeup. You'll notice your skin will be a lot less oily under makeup and over time pores will also shrink. High five oily skin beauties! Don't forget our oily skin keeps us looking younger for longer ;)
P.s it goes without saying to use an oil free foundation -- in my experience the best foundation for oily skin is mineral foundation.
