Trypophobia is a fear of holes, so what do botflies have to do with that? Well... botflies have been known to plant babies under human skin. Those maggots, offspring or whatever you want to call them grow under your skin and eventually emerge to dominate the world. Freaky right?

Basically botflies are awful, especially considering they can target humans, a lot of flies don't do that... anyway, if you fear holes, you basically fear botflies.

Meanwhile if you don't have trypophobia, it is still reasonable to fear botflies... seriously.
