Avoid a gym hangover with these two yoga postures. They will stretch you out and make sure you are able to walk properly the next day. They will also give you that perfect moment to breathe and focus yourself before you get back into reality.

I do this after every workout as it releases lactic acid out of my muscles to minimize stiff and soreness and to help avoid that horrible next day gym-hangover. ugh. death. hah.
