The purpose of this video is to discuss improved Conure diets for daily feedings all week.

**If feeding Zupreem pellets, fruits & veggies should be 30% of your Conure's daily diet or closer to 1 tablespoon veggies and 1 tablespoon fruit for 2 tablespoons total per day

**If feeding Harrison's pellets, fruits & veggies should be 10% of your Conure's daily diet or closer to 1 teaspoon veggies and 1 teaspoon of fruit for 1 tablespoon total per day



RIO [green cheeked conure 60-65g] eats Zupreem and his meals look like this seven days a week;

Morning breakfast wash all bowls and offer 1.5 ounces of fresh pellets and fresh water - while I drink my ☕️

10:00-11:00 1 tablespoon of veggies - example sweet potato warmed and mashed, soaked in blueberry juice

️3:00-4:00 1 tablespoon of fruit - example mango, papaya, pineapple, cantaloupe

2-4 larger "amazon size" nutriberries per day OR 4-6 small "cockatiel size" nutriberries per day as treats

::Extra nutrition aka "People treats" - see below::

Steamed white or brown rice 5 pieces one day per week

1/4th teaspoon of yogurt 2 times per week

1/4 teaspoon of any of the following two times per week - blueberry *superfood*, raspberry, cooked noodle or cooked pasta or cooked quinoa or cooked peas, one cheerio.



TUKI [sun conure 106-110g] eats Harrison's and her meals look like this seven days a week;

Morning breakfast wash all bowls and offer 2 ounces of fresh pellets and fresh water - while I drink my ☕️

10:00-11:00 1 teaspoon of veggies - example 5 or 6 warmed green beans or a broccoli flute

️3:00-4:00 1 teaspoon of fruit - example mango, papaya, pineapple, cantaloupe

4-5 larger "amazon size" nutriberries per day OR up to 7 small "cockatiel size" nutriberries per day as treats
