Park, bleachers, the stairs in your home...doesn't matter! Just get yourself some steps! Do each drill for 30 seconds or 1 minute if you are feeling strong! Take a quick breather and do the next one. Think you can do two rounds? Go for it! Start withTraditional Stairs (one foot on each step). Next, Alternating Lunges while skipping a step. Then, Lateral Side Stairs (lead with right foot for 5 trips up, then lead with left). End with Squat Jumps. Safety Tip: No racing on your trip down. Make sure to come down the stairs slow and controlled.
