Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor Explaining the cooking method of Sweet Corn Cutlet.

Ingredients :

Sweet corn kernels, boiled - 2 cups
Ginger, chopped - 2 inch piece
Green chillies, chopped - 2 medium sized
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder (Haldi) - 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander (dhania) powder - 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander leaves - a few sprigs
Lemon Juice - 2 table spoon
Chaat masala - 2 tea spoon
Oil - 2 table spoon
Salt - to taste

For Serving

Oil - To Deep fry


Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and chopped onions and sauté lightly. Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Stir to mix well. Remove from heat. Grind the cooked corn niblets with this masala in a mixer. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Add roasted gram flour and mix. Add bread crumbs and mix well to form a dough. Make equal sized cutlets Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown. Serve hot.
