My thoughts on the quality of service from SCUF is not a good one this time around. Total time to get what I paid for was one month, after sending in my controller and getting it back once I found out they lost a part on my controller and didn't install four paddles like I paid for. Now getting it back with the four paddles, they forgot to put the sleeve of the SCUF box and two information cards with the details of the scuf and instructions. Not that its important to the overall use of the controller but it shows that they were in a hurry to send it back to me. The SCUF sticker was also missing, these are small details compared to the lost part on my controller but they refunded my card $20 like I told them to. Now I have to order another speed post from to get that feature back. I will test the controller out and see what I think about the paddle placement as they are a bit different from the SCUF Animal I had for the 360. This might be the last purchase I make with SCUF and if I need another controller I might just buy the xbox one elite. A difference in warranty considering Microsoft gives you 1 year and SCUF only gives you 90 days. Shows how much SCUF trusts their product in the long run. Thanks for watching. UPDATE: So I tried to adjust the hair triggers and it seemed as if they weren't working but you have to screw them in a lot to make them go in, also SCUF forgot to put a screw in the left handle on the bottom. Poor quality check on their part and I rate this service a D-. The quality of the trigger stop is just a soft material and I have seen a video on here about it coming off. Scuf needs to step up their game in quality and lower their price if they want to outsell the Elite controller from Microsoft.
